What a session might look like
During an initial consultation, we discuss your specific needs and determine the most effective way to use a combination of Spinal Energetics, Kinesiology, and/or Breathwork to support your healing journey.
In a session, I integrate these modalities into a unified approach that fosters deep healing and restoration. By working with your body’s energy, nervous system, and subconscious, this combined method helps release tension, address imbalances, and promote alignment.
Using gentle touch and muscle monitoring, we tap into the body’s innate wisdom, allowing it to release stored stress and trauma while restoring natural flow and balance. Breathwork facilitates a deeper connection to this process, helping to unlock emotional and physical healing by guiding you into altered states of consciousness.
Together, these techniques create a harmonious environment where you can reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm, reduce stress, and gain clarity.
Kinesiology
I combine kinesiology, coaching, and energetic therapy to help you build a deeper relationship with yourself. Through gentle muscle monitoring, kinesiology accesses your subconscious to assess stress and imbalances in your body, mind, and soul. Coaching helps identify what's holding you back and align with your inner compass.
A session with me reduces stress and restores balance, allowing you to connect with your inner wisdom and your body's natural healing ability.

Spinal Energetics
Spinal Energetics uses gentle touch to interact with the spine, nervous system, and energy field, tapping into the body’s innate healing wisdom. Created by Melbourne chiropractor Dr. Sarah Jane, it aims to help clients release tension, resistance, and pain patterns stored in the body.
I begin with an assessment of the feet, then use light touch on the spine and other areas to guide self-awareness. This may lead to movement, muscle tremors, emotional expression, or sounds as you release stored tension.
Each experience is unique, and it may take a few sessions to feel changes, but clients often notice significant physical, mental, and emotional improvements.
Breathwork
Breath is life, and 1-on-1 breathwork sessions teach you to breathe consciously, helping regulate your nervous system, release trauma, and restore natural rhythm.
Breathwork can also access altered states of consciousness for deep physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
I facilitate SPIRITUS Breathwork, created by trauma-informed coach Tim Morrison, combining shamanic practices, trauma release, and somatic bodywork.
